Versa is great! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and maintenance has been great about getting requests taken care of quickly. The amenities and location are both standout features. Versa also does a great job of engaging the community, with resident events and partnerships with local businesses. The residents are friendly too, which makes it a really welcoming place to live.

It’s only been a couple months but everything has been great so far! Building and amenities are super nice and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s way quieter than I anticipated for being right in the broad ripple strip. Love love love the walkability of the area and how much there is to do without needing to drive! If i had to nitpick, I wish there wasn’t a different app for everything but rather one cohesive app with all the necessary features. The parking garage, all doors, package room and the front door buzzer all require a different app, plus one to pay rent, community app and i think another i’m missing. It’s a lot to keep up with. Parking garage is also super high price wise compared to others in the area, and not every resident on the lease is guaranteed a spot. Wish more spots were initially built, but also understand they made the most of a tight spot location wise.

I’ve never experienced such good quality management. I signed my lease over 6 months prior but they still remembered my name and little details about me. Now that I live here I see how involved in the community Versa is and I’m so thankful it’s my new home. It’s an amazing environment to be in!

I wanted to downsize, and Versa was the perfect choice for me. I couldn’t be happier here. Emma was extremely helpful with the application and move in process, and any questions I had getting settled. The units are beautiful and the various community spaces are welcoming and very clean/well maintained. There are events every month, as well as a resident messaging app, that offer an opportunity to get to know your neighbors and create a community. There is some music from the surrounding businesses on Friday and Saturday nights, but that is to be expected in this prime location, and I can barely hear it inside my unit on the north end of the building. I can walk to nearly everything I need, and sometimes go days without moving my car from the garage lol. All in all, this place is fantastic.

I've lived here for a month and I've loved both the apartment and the staff. Marisa was very accommodating with touring, measurements prior to moving, and application process. Eden made move-in day a breeze and is a lovely, approachable person who's often at the front desk if you ever have questions or concerns. I once had a question for Eden and Jason, and they put in a work order immediately which was serviced very quickly. Maintenance is super friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment itself is new with modern amenities that make it great value for money given its quality, location, price point. The only thing that is a little pricey is parking (min $135/mo), but that's communicated clearly prior to move-in and I think is set by a third party. They often have community events which are fun, facilitate meeting other residents, and are convenient even if you only have a couple minutes e.g. take & bake pizza making. I moved in around a month ago and I had a very seamless move in and the front office and whole Versa team has been very helpful with any questions or issues I’ve had. The gym is great and I’ve really enjoyed living here especially with being in the heart of broad ripple.

I love new things, apartments included. Moving to Versa has been such a pivotal point in my journey to becoming a DJ full time. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are unlike anything in the area. The office staff was so kind and so helpful. Even when telling them about my upcoming DJ career they said, "We hope that works out for you! Always pursue your dreams!" And pursue my dreams I did. I filled out an application right there. Thank you Versa for believing in me and my DJ career. Great apartment living experience in Broad Ripple. Everything is relatively new, clean, and theres no friction with management. The location for the price and quality is unbeatable. The only things I've ever had gripes with are the valet trash and air filter inspections happening regardless of whether you're at home or not. As someone who's lived here for a year, I happily renewed my lease.

So far, I have genuinely enjoyed living at Versa. The building's shared areas are kept clean, the on-site facilities are above par, and its conveniently located in the heart of Broad Ripple. It's an apartment, so there's some noise to be expected, but even considering that I would say it's usually on the quieter side. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, usually getting back to any emails I've sent within 2 business days— and if I pop down while the office is open, they're always ready to answer any random top-of-mind questions I have for them. On top of that, they're almost always offering community events for the residents as well as advertising events happening in the larger Broad Ripple area, which I appreciate.
