I've lived here for a month and I've loved both the apartment and the staff. Marisa was very accommodating with touring, measurements prior to moving, and application process. Eden made move-in day a breeze and is a lovely, approachable person who's often at the front desk if you ever have questions or concerns. I once had a question for Eden and Jason, and they put in a work order immediately which was serviced very quickly. Maintenance is super friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment itself is new with modern amenities that make it great value for money given its quality, location, price point. The only thing that is a little pricey is parking (min $135/mo), but that's communicated clearly prior to move-in and I think is set by a third party. They often have community events which are fun, facilitate meeting other residents, and are convenient even if you only have a couple minutes e.g. take & bake pizza making. I moved in around a month ago and I had a very seamless move in and the front office and whole Versa team has been very helpful with any questions or issues I’ve had. The gym is great and I’ve really enjoyed living here especially with being in the heart of broad ripple.

I love new things, apartments included. Moving to Versa has been such a pivotal point in my journey to becoming a DJ full time. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are unlike anything in the area. The office staff was so kind and so helpful. Even when telling them about my upcoming DJ career they said, "We hope that works out for you! Always pursue your dreams!" And pursue my dreams I did. I filled out an application right there. Thank you Versa for believing in me and my DJ career. Beautiful, modern apartments in the heart of Broad Ripple - the walkability is unmatched! The Versa team is great: so professional, helpful and kind. So happy we chose to live here!

Came to look at the studio and 1 bedrooms. I had no rent limit so i was informed about the penthouse. the penthouse gave. i love the area. The builder did a great job.

I genuinely love living at Versa. Everything I need is just around the corner, which makes day-to-day life incredibly convenient. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything, and my apartment feels like home in all the best ways. Highly recommend it!
